- Cookie and tracking information: Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics, UTM parameters, form-source data, and similar technologies to understand website activity, attribute leads, remember preferences, and improve our Services. These technologies do not change our prohibition on sharing SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.
- Data security practices: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including SMS consent and communication records. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
- User rights: You may unsubscribe from SMS messages by texting STOP, unsubscribe from marketing emails, update inaccurate contact information, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information as provided by applicable law. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies or provide additional choices.
Our website may use analytics, advertising, CRM, form, scheduling, chat, call, email, and SMS technologies supplied by third parties. Those providers may process device and usage information under their own privacy terms and our service-provider arrangements.
6. SMS, Telephone, and Communication Privacy
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages or calls, FFSG may send informational and marketing communications consistent with the consent you provided. These may include consultation follow-ups, appointment reminders, responses to your questions, project or design updates, customer-service communications, and information about FFSG products or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages or calls is not a condition of purchase. For additional assistance, contact us at [email protected] or (833) 438-6496.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers and telecommunications partners that help us deliver, route, support, or secure our communications; to comply with law; or at your direction. All other categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent from sharing for third-party marketing.
You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Transactional or service communications may continue when reasonably necessary to respond to you, complete a transaction, provide a requested service, or maintain legally required records.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: to companies that support CRM, website hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, email, SMS, telephone, artificial intelligence-assisted chat, analytics, advertising measurement, cloud storage, document processing, payment processing, financing, shipping, delivery, installation, security, customer service, and professional services.
- Project fulfillment partners: to designers, manufacturers, installers, carriers, contractors, or other parties as reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill your requested project.
- Legal and safety purposes: when required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, customers, employees, or the public.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to disclose information or otherwise consent to the disclosure.
- Aggregated or de-identified information: information that cannot reasonably identify you may be used or disclosed for lawful business purposes.
FFSG does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not use or disclose mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent for third-party marketing, as stated above.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage projects and customer relationships, complete transactions, maintain warranty and business records, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or security obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, applicable legal requirements, and legitimate business needs. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backup and legal-retention processes.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, storage system, or security method is completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate care when sending information online and for avoiding the submission of unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured channels.
10. Children's Privacy and Sensitive Project Information
FFSG designs and supplies products that may be used by children, families, schools, clinics, and other organizations. However, our website and general online Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental or legal authorization.
Parents, guardians, schools, clinics, and other authorized adults may provide project information involving a child's intended use of a space. Please limit that information to what is reasonably necessary for the project. Do not submit a child's medical records, diagnosis, treatment records, or other protected health information through a general FFSG form, chat, SMS, or email.
FFSG is not a healthcare provider, and its general website, CRM, chat, SMS, and email channels are not intended to function as HIPAA-compliant channels for protected health information.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites or services, including social networks, payment processors, financing providers, mapping services, scheduling tools, or other platforms. FFSG does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information.

- request access to or confirmation of the personal information we process about you;
- request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or profiling, where applicable;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, where required by law.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other applicable jurisdictions, may exercise the rights available under their state law. FFSG will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request, or write to the address in Section 17. Describe the request and the state or country where you reside. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
13. Marketing Choices and Do Not Track
You may opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link and opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may also contact us to update communication preferences.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to them. Where applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals, we will process supported signals as required.
14. International Visitors
FFSG is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your location. We use appropriate measures where required by law.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by other reasonable means when required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
